Key Responsibilities Product & Process Development Lead development and implementation of new pultruded fiberglass products and manufacturing processes Conduct trials, testing, and validation for new materials, profiles, and process changes Support Sales with technical input and cost analysis for product quotations Manufacturing Support Troubleshoot pultrusion process issues related to resin systems, fiber wet-out, die performance, cure control, and line efficiency Improve process stability, throughput, and product quality Develop and maintain process documentation and operating standards Continuous Improvement
