Dewberry is seeking multiple Road and Bridge Construction Inspectors to work on NJDOT projects in New Jersey. Ideal candidates would have prior construction inspection experience with NJDOT projects and the ability to possess NICET II, III or IV Certification in Transportation/Highway and Bridge Construction or equivalent; NJSAT, ACI – CCTC and Rutgers TCC certifications are preferred. Additional requirements include excellent communications skills, ability to read and interpret plans, and specifications, ability to perform complex quantity and engineering computations.

• Construction office and project administration
• Document management and electronic processing of field reports, technical data, Pre-Activity meetings, and materials test reports.
• Daily document control and management of contract documents
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for distribution
• Prepare and process RFI’s, submittals, progress pay applications, extra work billings, and contract change orders
• Support CM project managers with coordination and scheduling of field activities.
• Copy, edit, and proofread proposals
• Develop marketing materials, proposal content, and qualification packages; create presentations for CM pursuit interviews
• Assist with processing CM group invoicing
• May coach and/or guide a subordinate group.
