We are seeking a licensed Structural Engineer to lead our engineering needs.

Essential Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Design of a wide variety of building structures utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction.
• Structures will be commercial office buildings, multi-story residential developments, multi-story storage buildings, public sector buildings, and other.
• Oversee construction administration activities on projects
• Monitor, manage and achieve all assigned project deadlines
• Ensure that clients are completely satisfied with all aspects of engineering services

Qualified candidates should have:

• B.S. Civil Engineering; M.S degree a plus
• P.E. license DC/MD/VA
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design of multi-story buildings at structural consulting firm(s)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in design using engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, RAM SS, ADAPT, EnerCalc.
• Experience in Autocad and Revit drafting is a plus
