The Center for Applied NanoBioscience and Medicine (ANBM) seeks a post-doctoral fellow to perform development and characterization of micro-physiological systems, or Organ-On-Chip. Within a multidisciplinary team, and in a narrow collaboration with biologists, the successful candidate will develop, optimize, and perform biological assays that will lead to a complete characterization of the devices across multiple applications. The candidate will also assist in design modification, microfluidic modeling and biological activities, to improve the physiological relevance of the device and reproduce better the biochemical and mechanical interactions within the target tissue. The candidate must have a deep knowledge in cellular biology and biomedical engineering.

• PhD in biomedical engineering or related field of study.
• One to two years of research experience required.
