Responsibilities:
? Successfully manage a team of engineers and support staff
? Project delivery on time and budget
? Technical oversight and guidance for junior engineering staff
? Oversight and hiring of junior engineers and interns for team
growth and sustainability
? Work with and manage sub-consultants for a variety of
engineering tasks
? Evaluate team staffing needs and work with management team to
fill gaps
? Facilitate and direct team meetings for project delivery and needs
? Interact with and facilitate regular client communication
? Interact with other company team leaders for project scheduling
and workload needs
? Maintain team project workload schedule and budget forecasting
on a monthly basis
? Evaluate team continuing education and training needs for team
proficiency and growth
? Encourage and facilitate team comradery through team building
efforts
? Support marketing staff in proposal preparation

? Ability to observe and assess team skills and needs
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills for the effective management of a team
? Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks
? Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operation proficiency
? Working knowledge of State (Kentucky & Indiana) and Federal environmental regulatory policies
? General wastewater and water resources design competency, including pump station design, system
modeling, stormwater design, collection system and distribution/transmission main design, general
knowledge of treatment plant design, and various water resource tasks as needed.
