Successfully collaborate with our talented, in-house teams of surveyors, designers, landscape architects, and fellow civil engineers to develop, design, and create visionary master plans. Produce full construction documents for various land development projects in and around eastern NC/SC. Develop plans for site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater detention/retention, storm drainage, water and sewer plan and profiles, off-site roadway improvements, pump station and force main designs. Prepare and represent all associated design calculations and reports for permitting through the various agencies.
