The Engineering Manager provides agency-wide leadership for all engineering functions at Tampa Bay Water. Reporting to the Planning & Projects Director, this position serves as the engineering authority responsible for establishing engineering standards, ensuring technical quality, and directing the application of sound engineering principles in the planning, design, construction, operation, and rehabilitation of the Agency’s water supply facilities and infrastructure.This position manages and provides strategic direction to a multidisciplinary team of licensed professional engineers, including civil/environmental, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines. The Engineering Manager ensures effective coordination of in-house and consultant engineering services, suppor
