Your next exciting career opportunity awaits you!  The City of Tracy Development Services department is currently seeking a motivated and qualified individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in civil engineering, as well as four years of increasingly responsible professional municipal civil engineering experience with a strong emphasis in Land Development Administration.  The successful incumbent will possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related engineering field and Two (2) years of increasingly responsible professional engineering experience equivalent to an Associate Civil Engineer with the City of Tracy.

• Possession of a valid registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) issued by the State of California.
• Possession of, or the ability to obtain, a valid Class C California driver’s license upon appointment.
• May be required to complete National Incident Management System (NIMS) Training.
