Position will work in the fast-paced Engineering department responsible for a wide range of civil engineering projects including management, design, and construction of capital infrastructure, not limited to utility, transportation, geotech, stormwater and environmental projects. Position will oversee and prepare engineering designs and technical drawings necessary to construct Town projects and coordinate all activities necessary to survey, design, and construct municipal infrastructure projects. Requires knowledge of municipal design, construction and contract administration procedures; ability to develop effective working relationships with contractors and consulting engineers; strong organizational and communications skills; and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering design. UAV experience or a desire for training desired. Requires B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field and considerable construction and engineering experience. E.I. or P.E. preferred.
