Job Board

The position is responsible for providing independent technical reviews of rezoning petitions, subdivision permits, and commercial driveway permits for regulatory compliance and policy implementation. This position also requires coordination with City staff across multiple departments, represents Land Development's interests on interdepartmental teams for project planning and design, public/private funding participation, and project scheduling.   Proficiency in project status reporting, generating technical memos, and responding to customer inquiries about land development projects is critical to the success of the project manager.
