The role involves all phases of structural project development, including analysis, design, modeling, construction documents, and technical reports. Engineers work on complex building systems across a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from schools and healthcare facilities to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.   As a Mid-Level Structural Engineer, you will be entrusted with substantial project responsibility and play a key role in driving successful project outcomes. This position provides the opportunity to apply technical expertise in structural engineering and design while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and interfacing directly with clients. The role is well suited for engineers seeking professional growth within a dynamic and design-focused environment.   RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate project plans, design calculations, and specifications, and lead coordination with other design disciplines to deliver high-quality engineering services. Attend meetings and site visits with clients as a representative of the firm. Lead site investigations to observe and document existing conditions and identify structural deficiencies. Perform condition assessments, load ratings, schematic designs and prepare written reports to summarize investigation results. Communicate with clients to understand project requirements. Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to project requirements. Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes. Manage project design and deliverables.
