Lead multi-disciplinary project teams for the design and implementation of flood risk reduction and habitat restoration projects. Perform field investigations and assessments of river conditions and risk to infrastructure. Coordinate floodplain management activities with other jurisdictions, permitting agencies, tribes and the public. Participate in King County's flood warning program to prepare for and respond to flood  emergencies and damage to the County's flood protection facilities.
