The City of Mesa’s Assistant City Engineer works alongside a second Assistant City Engineer, both reporting to the City Engineer. Together they supervise the department in planning, organizing, and directing the efficient development and construction of the community’s public works projects. The position manages operations through the direct supervision of a Deputy Engineer within the Construction division and indirect supervision over the department’s Design division.
