 Use the Salesforce Systems document and manage service functions. 
 Contract and provide technical product support and guidance to third-party service contractors. 
 Possess the ability to review wiring diagrams, schematics, and CAD drawings 
 A self-starter with the ability to work in a team-oriented call-center support environment. 
 Effectively communicate at different levels of the organization, both internally &#38; externally. 
 After-hours on-call technical support on a rotating basis. 
 Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager of Sales and Customer Engagement or Company management.

 Required Qualifications 
 
 Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field 
 Minimum 3 years&#8217; experience in the water treatment industry. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of water treatment experience and/or mechanical field experience, education, and training. 
 Field service coordination/project management experience is a plus. 
 Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable. 
 Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

 Administer and enforce Stream Buffer Protection Ordinance and Variance process. 
 Conduct field assessments to determine if field conditions exist that establish stream buffers. 
 Respond to inquiries regarding stream buffer regulations and enforcement. 
 Coordinate and manage Land Disturbance Permit and Platting processes, including collection and release of review comments from Zoning, Fire, Traffic, Arborist, Addressing, and providing final approvals of applications. 
 Receive and respond to public inquiries and complaints relating to development, erosion, and drainage. 
 Meet inquirers onsite to review and assess reported conditions. 
 Manage and administer residential subdivision development landscaping, tree planting, and infrastructure installation performance and maintenance bonding program. 
 Act as Floodplain Administrator. 
 Administer and enforce the Floodplain Management Ordinance. 
 Respond to floodplain management inquiries. 
 Engage and advise violators of compliance requirements. 
 Perform site visit assessments. 
 Provide engineering/technical guidance and feedback to City Manager, City Council, and Department Director on legal matters, enforcement items, intergovernmental agreements, Council actions, or other issues and inquiries.

 MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING

 NATURE OF WORK : 
 The public works crew leader performs, assigns, and monitors the maintenance work of the public works street division. Work involves directing a crew of 10+ employees&#xa0; and participating in various&#xa0; maintenance activities that include but are not limited to&#xa0; restoring pavement following lead service water line replacements,&#xa0; maintaining streets, alleys, sidewalks, including pavers, right-of-way maintenance, snow and ice control, minor construction projects and other street maintenance functions as needed.
