Large project assignments would entail assisting a more experienced project manager. The training and subsequent responsibilities and tasks will also consist of a graduation from assisting more experienced project managers to independently managing small scale projects. The duties of this position involve assisting in the delivery of the projects, ensuring compliance with state contract requirements, state and division policies, and facilitating the needs of the customer agency. As the individual progresses in abilities, the individual will graduate to independently managing small scale projects or larger projects as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
