The role includes proposal writing, training and evaluation of direct reports, oversite and leading structural design, and requires strong communication skills.&#xa0;&#xa0;This individual should have the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and project deliverables to meet CSE and client expectations.&#xa0;&#xa0;This role provides exposure to a number of exciting and diverse projects and provides excellent growth and leadership opportunities within the firm. 
 Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
 Company&#8217;s prime contact for Clients, responsible for continuing relations and coordination of design with the Client. 
 Lead structural team in design of buildings in coordination with architecture and&#xa0;construction management clients. 
 Responsible for project and team profitability. 
 Oversee preparation of design calculations, drawings, specifications, and structural reports.&#xa0;&#xa0;Assist in preparation, where needed, to deliver deadlines on time. 
 Oversee team providing construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialized structural inspections.&#xa0;&#xa0;Educate and assist when needed. 
 Strong working knowledge of AISC, ACI, NDS, and International Building Code along with other national standards. 
 Manage structural portion of project staffing.&#xa0; 
 Direct project engineers, designer engineers, and drafters in the production of CAD drawings, Revit&#xa0;models, structural analysis and design. 
 Some regional travel required. 
 
 &#xa0; Required Skills and Qualifications: 
 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in civil or architectural engineering with a structural focus from an ABET accredited college or university.&#xa0; Masters Degree preferred 
 Licensed Professional Engineer, preferably PA, NJ, or DE.&#xa0; Licensure in multiple states a plus.&#xa0; S.E. preferred. 
 10+ years of experience in related structural design of building structures including the design of masonry, concrete, steel and wood structures and components.&#xa0; 
 Proficient in AutoCAD,&#xa0;Revit, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements. Knowledge of Revit software preferred.&#xa0; 
 Strong interpersonal skills to ensure productive working environment amongst own team and that of all associated stakeholders. 
 Ability to evaluate all structural designs technically and communicate designs. 
 Ability to organize, communicate, and oversee design documentation and detailing.&#xa0; 
 Proficient in all virtual communication programs. 
 Motivated self-started who can delegate project tasks, work independently, motivate team, and ensure project deadlines are met.&#xa0; 
 
 Design requirements:  Concrete, steel, masonry, wood, pre-cast concrete, cold formed metal, concrete restoration.
