Oversees OPU’s conservation programs, in collaboration with the Triad Marketing Group and serving as a liaison to state energy agencies. Represents OPU in energy conservation initiatives and acts as the primary contact for industrial and commercial customers on efficiency, new products, and rebates. Manages energy use for OPU and the City of Owatonna, administers the Conservation Investment Plan (CIP/ECO) budget, ensures compliance with state reporting requirements, and develops tailored energy solutions. Promotes Demand Side Management (DSM) programs, supports customer service and marketing for energy initiatives, and maintains partnerships with trad
