The Intelligent Transportation Systems Superintendent manages the Traffic Signal and ITS Divisions.  Develops, updates and monitors traffic signal timing plans. Implements citywide coordination plans using the centralized traffic signal system software and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) infrastructure.  Coordinates dissemination of travel information to the public utilizing dynamic message signs (DMS) and other media.
