Manages, directs, and coordinates the division of power and light. Leads a staff of supervisors, professionals, technicians, and managers in the maintenance and construction of the electrical infrastructure.  Develops and manages the Division’s budget and responds to citizen requests and concerns. Approves requisitions, purchase invoices, travel, and necessary disciplinary measures for the employee base.   Monitors, recommends, and seeks necessary funding for technological development.  Provides training and safety instructions to develop a qualified work force through managing the Journey/Apprentice programs.
