DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing planning and design projects related to the rehabilitation and capital improvement of wastewater facilities and infrastructure.  Provide engineering support for all Engineering Department activities, including: expert technical guidance and oversight of multiple design teams working on a variety of wastewater collection, pumping and treatment projects; management of in-house design and construction projects, including research, development, permitting and engineering calculations; acting as a technical liaison to design and construction projects; supporting start-up and commissioning of new/ renovated facilities and overseeing all phases of technical projects.  Works under the general supervision of the Engineering Manag
