The Substations Lead Engineer in the Projects organization is an engineer position with responsibilities over the portfolio of projects assigned to a Unit. The Lead Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the network projects are engineered in compliance with the codes and regulations, Company standards, and consistently across the board.   The Lead Engineer reports to the Unit Manager, but the position will work day-to-day in a cross-functional project team and support project needs as dictated by the Project Manager and Unit Manager. Responsibilities   -          Develop preliminary engineering and conceptual designs, which include preliminary cost estimates, for electrical substations and line projects.
