Plans, organizes, evaluates and directs the activities, programs and operations of the Public Works Department in the maintenance, construction and repair of streets, draining facilities, parks, equipment, vehicles and public buildings.   Coordinates the planning, engineering and management of the City's capital improvement program in accordance with City policies, regulations and requirements.
