Lead and manage projects for PennDOT, local governments and agencies predominantly in the Pennsylvania market and provide technical support to other bridge inspection projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. ?
Maintain relationships with PennDOT Central Office and PennDOT Districts throughout the Commonwealth.
Manage client relationships with Public and Private Clients and consultant teaming partners. Provide guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical staff and managing/coordinating NBIS bridge condition inspection projects for PennDOT and other clients.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MUST)
Minimum of 8-12 years relevant work experience
Minimum 4-7 years of management experience
Licenses required: Professional Engineer (PE)
Essential Software required: MicroStation
Additional Required Attributes:
Pennsylvania CBSI and required refreshers.
Providing guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical staff
Project Management Experience for PennDOT bridge inspection and design projects
NBIS bridge inspection and ancillary structure inspection experience
Bridge and structure load rating experience using PennDOT Software Suite, STAAD and other software packages.
Experience with scope and price proposal development for bridge inspection and related projects
