Knickerbocker Group is seeking a Land Use and Permitting (LU&P) Specialist to provide guidance and support on land use interpretation and permitting to the sales and business development team and to the design and construction teams. Additionally, the LU&P Specialist will provide due diligence services related to the company’s real estate and residential land development projects.   This individual must have exceptional customer service and communication skills and an intuitive sense of building relationships through listening and caring.
