Performs design, calculation and review of road construction projects with special emphasis on traffic signal plans. Reviews construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates prepared by Consulting Engineers for existing and/or proposed traffic signals and road improvements. Reviews and designs plans in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Reviews traffic impact reports submitted for proposed developments.
