We are looking for a technical-savvy, skilled at data analytics and process-improvement human resource information systems professional to support the development, implementation and maintenance of HR technology platforms associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for HR department planning and activities. It is preferred to have working experience with applicant tracking systems such as Cornerstone.

Develop and maintain custom reports to meet the requirements of HR department. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools. Maintain security and integrity controls. Provide troubleshooting tips to other HR members on features and functionality of HRIS and applications as needed. The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or directly related field from an accredited college or university;
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an HRIS or related HR technical role to include configuration, implementation and maintenance of human resources information systems, workflow design, process improvement, writing reports/queries and data analytics;
Experience with configuration and support of Talent Experience Platforms i.e. applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, performance management systems, dashboard tools, survey tools (preferred).
Applied knowledge of the following systems: JD Edwards Enterprise One, Cornerstone, Documentum (preferred).
Experience integrating new software and performing diagnostic testing.

Job Purpose:

Primary Functions:
Maintain HR data for all active/inactive employees and retirees. Ensures data integrity through data management/control and implementing effective data processing guidelines. Identify, evaluate, and resolve data anomalies by running reports and performing analysis on selected information;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop proposals for the implementation of new programs, program upgrades and system interfaces that enhance the management of data and reports required by HR leaders;
Work with internal and external partners and departments to ensure accurate and effective data integration between the HR and other systems such as Payroll, Records, applicant tracking systems (ATS), learning management systems (LMS) and other related technology platforms;
Recommend innovative ways to automate HR functions and processes to gain system and process efficiencies;
Create and implement a monthly/quarterly/bi-annual audit schedule to review the integrity of data in the HRIS and databases; serve as a liaison for annual data testing and auditing for HR team and other compliance requirements;
Coordinate process improvement audits and assist with implementing process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, improve the use of technology, improve benchmarking and accountability, reduce redundancies, and improve quality, accuracy and timeliness of information processing;
Partner with the employee experience department leaders to design and analyze system workflows; Make recommendations for workflow and process improvements specifically related to ATS, LMS, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, Employee records and other HR technology platforms;
Support the creation of metrics to monitor HR performance indicators. Create, implement, and maintain effective HR reporting to support internal and external data requests; Create and maintain a dashboard of HR metrics to be presented at monthly, quarterly, and annual senior leadership meetings;
Work closely with HR Managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs that include but not limited to: metrics, reporting, data visualization, system updates and improvements.;
Write and implement routine and ad hoc reports and queries that support HR operations and decision making. Ensure that reports are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and internal audit requirements; maintain awareness of all laws and regulations and understand the impact of changes affecting the programs;
Develop and maintain documentation for processes regarding system functionality and make updates to existing system documentation based on process changes;
Partner with the Digital and Technology support team for application upgrade testing, troubleshoot system issues, identify root-cause and implement solutions to minimize or prevent occurrences. Collaborate on system updates and usability improvements and testing to ensure efficient and effective processes;
Provide cross-functional support to a variety of HR initiatives; Maintain positive relationships with key users in each area to stay current on how they use the various systems and offer recommendations and support for using core applications.
Manage roles, permissions, and settings for users in the LMS, ATS and or HR related platforms.
Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Technical Requirements:
Working knowledge of all, but not limited to, the following:
Human resources information systems (HRIS) and enterprise management systems (e.g, JD Edwards Enterprise One);
Related industry, organizational and departmental policies, practices and procedures; legal guidelines, ordinances and laws;
Possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Ability to:
Communicate clearly, concisely, and efficiently both verbally and in writing with employees at all levels of the organization;
Exercise judgment and discretion in the development, implementation and maintenance of HR programs;
