WHO WE ARE: Kestrel is an industrial process facilities engineering and design firm providing multi-discipline engineering, project management, procurement support, construction coordination, and startup / commissioning support for our clients.
COMMITMENT: Business mission and vision statements are common in our industry, frequently asserting excellence at everything. We don’t do everything, but the things that we do, we do well. We differentiate ourselves not by what we say, but by our actions. We meet our commitments.
RELATIONSHIPS: We focus on relationships. We are selective about relationships and projects – not all are a fit. We partner with our clients to understand their business drivers, work processes and objectives, advocating for their interests as our own, and helping them succeed. Enduring relationships are founded on trust, developed over time through success in executing projects. The majority of our work comes from repeat business through long-term relationships. Our clients’ success is our success.
EXPERTISE; We specialize in retrofit engineering. We execute services for a broad range of projects in both size and complexity, prima...rily focusing on existing facility retrofit engineering. We execute these projects in a variety of industries, from front-end engineering through startup and commissioning. There are unique challenges with retrofit engineering, particularly related to integration of change in highly constrained, operating environments. We deliver practical and cost-effective solutions for complex projects.
FLEXIBILITY: We customize project delivery, applying flexible and scalable project delivery approaches selected to address specific project needs and to achieve alignment with our clients’ work processes. We tailor our services and deliverables to match our clients’ preferred formats, filling in with our internal standards where appropriate. We consider ourselves an extension of our clients’ organizations, augmenting their ability to achieve their objectives.
QUALITY: In all aspects of our business, we focus on quality – whether in project delivery, engineering execution, company administration or any other domain. We focus on growth in capabilities and contribution rather than growth in size.
