As part of our team, you will:
Perform site systems surveys and engineering assessments for a wide range of facilities, varying from metro stations to data centers.
Contribute to the development of solutions for minimal downtime electrical power distribution and lighting systems in conjunction with architectural and engineering project design teams.
Perform scope of work analyses, design and construction document development based on national and agency-specific codes and standards, and engineering construction support services for building electrical systems including power generation, distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and telecommunications systems.
Utilize software to perform electrical load calculations, short circuit studies, selective coordination, arc flash analysis, generator load calculations, and lighting calculations.
Attend team and owner design kick-off and review meetings.
Ten (10) years of extensive, progressively responsible experience in the Electrical Engineering field to include electrical lighting, power and standby power systems Five (5) years of experience in infrastructure planning, design, and/or construction Two (2) years of experience in project and team management Preferred - Professional Engineer registration Knowledge of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 National Electrical Code (i.e., 2020 NEC) along with other codes and standards Bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering
