Engineer I, II, or III Bureau of Watershed Management and Modeling   Job Summary: This is entry or advanced level engineering work applying surface water models for the development of water resources planning and management strategies, minimum flows and levels, and engineering projects.      Job duties include (for Engineer I, duties are performed at the entry level under the supervision of a professional engineer or an engineer scientist; for Engineer II or III, duties are performed at the advanced level): Performs water quantity and water quality modeling of surface water basins using major watershed models such as: BASINS, HSPF,
