Department of Public Works: The Department designs, constructs, repairs, and maintains County roads; manages and maintains the County fleet; operates and maintains the County offices, hospital, clinics, and detention facilities; operates and maintains the San Carlos and Half Moon Bay Airports; and manages the design and construction of County capital projects.
