CORE COMPETENCIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES Responsible for coordinating highly technical project management support activities within technology services. Responsibilities include applying project management best practices to assigned projects and support to area departments. Provides oversight for assigned departments, utilizing a broad knowledge of business and project management principles and practices. Consistent and reliable attendance is required. Please note, LES is interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, LES is not able to sponsor employment-based immigrant or non-immigrant visas. This is not a remote position and requires residency within reasonable commuting distance to LES in Lincoln, Nebraska daily.
Collaborates with internal departments, vendors, and/or other interested parties regarding project management support activities that are required for successful IT project delivery.
Plans and coordinates with internal and external resources on project support activities to ensure achievement of established project goals, including scope, schedule objectives, project budget adherence, business requirements, legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for procurement activities within the division, including request for proposals (RFP), management of vendor contracts, and associated accounts receivable/payable processes and policies.
Coordinates programs including creating, implementing, and communicating departmental policies and procedures and/or program materials.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree in related field of study; and
Two years of related job experience; or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
