Synray is seeking a Plant Manager at its facility in Kenilworth, NJ. Prior knowledge of operations involving reactors and handling flammable materials is required. Must be familiar with Coatings CARE OR  SOCMA ChemStewards program. Will supervise maintenance department, lead shift supervisors and set production schedule. Salary based on prior experience in our industry. Benefits are matching 401K plan and family health plan, and end of year bonus directly tied to profitability of company.
