The City of Raleigh Solid Waste Services is seeking an Assistant Director. The ideal candidate for this position will be a dynamic leader with a proven ability to develop staff and foster a safe and collaborative work environment.  The Assistant Director will enhance and maintain relationships with employees, members of the community, interdepartmental representatives as well as City Council and City Management. Our department is responsible for the collection and processing of residential garbage, recycling, and yard waste materials along with several specialized collection services.
