OPERATIONS MANAGER Job Description: Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the company to deliver websites, mobile sites, apps, eCommerce solutions, and online strategy to public and private sector clients. Formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and mobile website and app developers. Train employees, manage quality assurance programs, and strategize process improvements. Manage client, subcontractor, and vendor relations, including searching for and vetting new vendors and preparing propositions and estimations for new clients. Hire and interview software developers. Prepare and execute marketing, public relations, and sales strategy.  Oversee fiscal performance of an organization to ensure healthy and sustainable operations
