This position will be responsible for the management of the ongoing production operations, equipment and facility maintenance, shipping, warehousing and materials control (procurement, inventory, supply chain and production control), cost improvement ideas including implementation of process improvements and automation on existing processes, and implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 standards as required.

• Fully experienced individual with managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, such as Resin Transfer Molding, Pultrusion, Compression molding processes and tooling, particularly with FRP (SMC/ BMC) an asset.
