The Utilities Manager is responsible for managing operations of the 7.5 MGD Water Reclamation Facility, the 6.1 MGD Water Production Facility, and Distribution and Collection systems consisting of 470 miles of pipe and 10,000 users.  The Utilities Manager oversees three subdivisions and 34 staff members.

One of the following is required:

• Licensed PE with a minimum of 5 years experience with Waste/Wastewater
• Associates degree in environmental science, treatment technology, engineering or related field AND dual Class 3 or higher licenses in Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment by the EPA
• Bachelors degree as specified above
• Dual Class 3 or higher licenses in Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment by the EPA AND 5 years of utility management and supervisor experience
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and skills will be considered
