Our ideal team members has at least five (5) years of design experience and is currently a Registered Professional Engineer in the State  of Texas or will be receiving their professional license in the next 12-months.

• Project Initiation

• • Define project tasks and schedule.

  • Lead or attend project kickoff meetings.

    • Review milestones.

    • Maintain schedule.

• Project Execution

  • Schedule team to ensure work flow and projects meet deadlines.

  • Document changes in scope and schedule.

  • Document communications with clients, consultants, and municipalities.

• Production:

  • Prepare, coordinate and review development/construction plans.

• New and Potential Client Relations

  • Business Development

    • Assist engineering director with business development leads.

    • Attend outside events to generate job leads.

• Client Interaction

  • Provide client updates.
