Performs advanced technical and managerial work directing and overseeing the administration, planning, design, and construction of a variety of major public works transportation facilities, including streets, bikeways, highways, pedestrian safety countermeasures, ADA improvements, flood control, storm water drainage facilities and multi-use trails.
