SHN offers a commute measured in minutes, a salary 3 to 4 times that of the county median, excellent elementary schools, a top-ranked public university, and median home prices $600,000 less than those in the San Francisco Bay Area. Outside Magazine named our area to their 2018 Adventure Bucket List. Recently hired staff say that the shorter commute, a family-supportive work environment, and SHN’s reputation for integrity were important in deciding to work here. Our leadership strives for transparency, and we believe that continued staff training increases our firm’s bottom line. 100% of shareholders are employees, and approximately 30% of employees are shareholders.
