The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota seeks to fill multiple faculty positions at the Assistant Professor (tenure-track), Associate Professor (tenured), and/or Professor (tenured) level.

Our department conducts innovative research, offers high-quality education, and has strong connections to the thriving Twin Cities medical device and medical technology industry (medicalalley.org). Qualifications

• PhD in biomedical engineering or a related field of science or engineering

• Outstanding academic and research records, with established research interests and accomplishments 

• Ability to develop a robust, externally-funded research program, initiate interdisciplinary and collaborative research, and engage in scholarly publication

• Strong commitment to excellence in teaching and advising a diverse group of undergraduate and graduate students
