Announcement: ODOT18-2239oc Hydraulics Engineer - Professional Engineer 1 Region 1 Highway Division – Technical Center Portland
ODOT is looking for two qualified individuals to join our team as hydraulics engineers in Portland, Oregon. The successful candidates will assist in performing hydraulics engineering as well as consultant contract management for routine transportation projects. In addition, they will help prepare appropriate and cost-effective recommendations during design and construction phases. Consider a career with a team that keeps Oregon moving!
A valid professional engineer (PE) license in civil, structural, or transportation-related engineering AND
Three (3) years of licensed professional engineer experience is desired.
Note: "Valid" means you have the ability to stamp. We will verify your license before we consider your application. If registered in another state, successful applicants will be required to obtain professional registration in the state of Oregon within six months of hire.
Employee will be required to use a vehicle to conduct business; you must possess and maintain a current, valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
