Cadence is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Cranberry, PA. This position will serve as part of the leadership team for the location and will provide oversight and guidance to the facility’s quality team. The QA Manager will work with peers across locations to continuously improve Cadence’s quality system while maintaining compliance to ISO and FDA requirements.

What you will be responsible for in this role:
Setting and leading the location’s quality vision and planning
Ensuring a high level of internal and external customer service
Working with others at the facility to investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality
Preparing and maintaining organization readiness for FDA, Registrar and Customer audits of the quality system.
Formulating, documenting and maintaining quality metrics and on-going objectives
Reviewing and approving inspection criteria, control plans, PFMEA, and work instructions.
Applying lean, six sigma, and TMQ tools/approaches to analytical and reporting processes

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skill sets:
Bachelor’s degree - Quality or Engineering related field preferred. Extensive education and experience that is directly related to the position will be considered in lieu of degree.
At least 10 years of work experience in Quality Assurance, with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as a Quality Engineer/Quality Assurance Professional. Must have prior experience with Finished Medical device, and preferably clean room operations. Prior experience in a management and leadership role highly desirable.
Experience working within ISO 13485 and FDA regulated environment
High level of computer and MS Office proficiency
Six Sigma, CQE, and CQM certifications preferred
Ideal candidate will be in commutable distance from facility; however, relocation package may be considered for candidate with the right mix of education and experience.
