We are looking for someone to take a leadership role in ensuring our current and future offerings continue to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. Using your technical knowledge, communication skills and interpersonal expertise you will conduct root cause analysis, implement process improvements, and develop the quality requirements and standards that forms the foundation needed to maintain Lex’s role as a Provider of Choice to our customers in the entertainment, industrial and other markets.
This position is based out of our Shelton, CT facility.

Serve as the primary quality control resource to department manager for problem identification, root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement.
