The individual selected for this opportunity will provide support to our current engineering staff for all Land Development projects. He / She will work directly with our internal architects on a variety of projects. This individual will be responsible for preparing due diligence reports, preparing construction drawings, permitting through local and state jurisdictions and will be responsible for construction administration on certain projects. He / She will also be responsible for preparing erosion control plans, water and sewer plans, storm drainage plans and storm water management plans and calculations to assist other designers on internal projects.

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
Civil Engineer degree; Registered or have the ability to be registered in North Carolina
and/or South Carolina
7-10 years of experience in the production of construction documents; and
