We are currently looking for a licensed, Senior Electrical Engineer. This role will provide leadership and be responsible for communication and coordination between team members to assure synergy and productivity.
Creates a client centered experience.
Maintains and improves the consistency, high quality, and accuracy of all engineering design and production.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other software programs used by the firm to produce design documents.
Completes assignments completely, efficiently, and within the timeframe required by Project Manager.
Assists in preparing proposals for engineering services that define the scope of work and appropriate budgets for labor.
Assembles, coordinates, and monitors engineering project schedules.
Works closely with the Project Engineers to ensure the scope of work has been properly defined and fulfilled.
Reviews drawings and specifications during all phases of design.
Performs research and development: stays abreast of developments in the industry and their impact on projects; reviews trade publications and industry literature to remain current with materials and methods of construction; and works with staff to research and develops new methods to improve efficiency, construction technique, and dependability. Calls on clients for additional services.
Operations and Leadership
Guides and supervises staff to ensure conformity with firm’s standards, policies, and goals.
Upgrades and develops new quality control methods and ensure their use by staff.
Participates in professional, business, and civic organizations.
Advocates, demonstrates, and demands appropriate professional behavior.
Our ideal candidate has a college degree in Engineering/Electrical Engineering, 7–10+ years of experience, PE certificate/license, healthcare experience (preferred), and has experience with AutoCad and Revit
