The Southern California Regional Rail Authority, operator of the METROLINK Commuter Rail System, is seeking an Office Engineer to support a group of approximately 15 to 20 Engineers and technical staff plus interface with other SCRRA Staff as well as engineering consultants, contractors, staff from other public agencies and private railroads and the general public. The ideal candidate for this position must possess excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, relationship building, organization and time management skills. Additionally, the selected candidate will have excellent critical thinking and organizational skills along with the ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing work environment.
