The Proposal Manager directs the proposal process by responding to RFPs/RFQs and leading teams toward the completion of a successful proposal that best presents PRR’s qualifications. This process includes the organization of the project team, facilitation of planning meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, working with technical teams to develop project messaging and win themes, schedule setting and maintenance, working with graphic designers to produce innovative graphics, and layout and editing of final proposal documents (both in InDesign and Word). This position also includes responding to subconsultant requests. The Proposal Manager must be detail oriented and extremely organized, have the ability to work independently and with large teams, and be able to manage multiple proposals/projects at a time while not sacrificing quality.
Advanced Adobe InDesign and Powerpoint skills.
