Key Responsibilities •Perform roadway and/or traffic engineering tasks as part of multi-disciplinary teams •Follow established quality control procedures •Proven experience in working with industry-standard design platforms •Prepare high quality work products, including reports and construction drawings •Ability to apply engineering principles to define and solve problems •Work effectively with team members as well as independently
Skills / Qualifications •A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering; Master’s degree is a plus •Up to 6 years of transportation experience, including relevant internships •Possess Fundamental of Engineering certification (i.e. Engineer-in-Training) •Experience applying AASHTO, ADOT, MAG, and local municipality standards to roadway design •Key Traits include: ?focused and detail oriented ?responsive and quick thinking ?organized and self-motivated ?conscientious of deadlines •A good communicator over phone, email, IM, and technical documents •Efficient at learning and leveraging a large variety of software •Experience using Microstation/InRoads and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D •Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment •Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) •Proficiency in MS Office application software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint •Must pass drug test, background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy
