We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil Engineering that will thrive in this growing atmosphere. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow our services from the New Mexico headquarters now located in Bernalillo.

Gordon Environmental/PSC has had an established presence and client base in New Mexico since 1995. We specialize in the siting, design, permitting, construction, and monitoring of environmental control facilities. In addition to providing solid waste engineering for most of the MSW landfills in New Mexico, Gordon/PSC dominates in the design of geosynthetic liners for oil/gas land disposal facilities. Our growth into other states is primarily due to our specialty in solid waste transfer stations/materials recovery facilities and our engineering design diversity: we have engineering registrations in 26 states.
BS Civil Engineering
PE Registration (NM, TX preferred)
Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager following registration
Business development skills and motivation
Superior communication skills for working with staff, clients, regulators, contractors, etc.
Civil/Public Works design expertise (landfill engineering a plus), AutoCAD working knowledge
Project management skills including control of scope, schedule and budget; mentoring staff, marketing, client relations, etc.
Regulatory permitting and compliance experience with local, state, and federal standards
Some travel required to service our existing clientele throughout NM, and several additional active projects in AZ, WA, WY, IL, etc.
